Wise, Well, & Woke

Where REAL Content Lives- A dynamic lifestyle blog that embodies a fusion of wellness, social justice advocacy, and impactful lifestyle advice.

An Honest Perspective

Anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and disconnectivity- these are some of the things we face while trying to thrive in today's society. I'd say that throughout time, as people, we've become lost. Seeking guidance from our phones rather than our souls.

We live in an odd time, from the Stone Age to ancient civilizations and dynasties to the Industrial Revolution, and here we are today... moving so fast that we've never taken the time to slow down. And the further we progress, it seems like the most powerful knowledge comes from our past times, and we're tracing our footsteps to reconnect.

The era we share is both thrilling and extremely challenging, with an abundance of history, culture, and technology instantly available at our fingertips. With so much information, navigating what causes us harm and what changes we should make can be overwhelming. But don't worry, you're in the right place, take a moment to be present with yourself here.

Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging, reminding our readers that they are not alone. We aim to be a voice, empowering people to navigate life's complexities with strength and empathy. Through our carefully curated content, we strive to reclaim power, inspiring you to initiate profound changes.

Wise Well and Woke is more than just a blog; it's a catalyst for transformation and connection. Join us on this empowering journey as we create a community that uplifts, enlightens, and emboldens. Together, let's reimagine the world, one authentic story, and heartfelt article at a time.

About the author & curator

For as long as I can remember, there were things I just knew— beliefs and knowledge that were already instilled in me before life or my family could teach. Growing up in Queens, New York, my challenging childhood as part of a low-income family shaped me into the resilient woman I am today. Overcoming domestic violence, mental illness, and countless obstacles, I've emerged with a compassionate heart and unwavering principles.

Throughout my journey into adulthood, I noticed that my words held weight, captivating the attention of others regardless of age or setting. Recognizing this gift, I discovered my purpose lay in the art of writing, where pen and paper became my medium of expression. With a natural wisdom that belied my years, I have long served as a confidant and guide, offering inspiration, strength, and counsel to those in need. While also documenting my passions, thoughts, and philosophies through writing articles, poetry and prose.

Encouraged by this calling, I have embraced my role and launched Wise, Well, and Woke. My personal mission is to share my insights and personal experiences, hoping to open the minds, bodies, and souls around the world. 🙏🏼
